Even in times of collapse, corruption, and profound uncertainty, anyone can have direct access to freedom and fulfillment. These teachings didn’t arise in a golden age, but rather in a world of political instability, competing religious authorities, and deep cultural fracture. A time, not so different from the one we live in now. Tantra doesn’t turn away from moments like this. It offers a path through them.
The Tantra for Turbulent Times summit is committed to making these teachings widely accessible- to illuminate the time-proven practices that have guided practitioners through upheaval before, and to explore how they can be lived, embodied, and adapted to our times.
I will be offering a specially designed yoga nidra class for this summit that includes tools that can easily be used in the waking state.
