I’m honored and excited to announce that I have a new virtual, self-paced yoga nidrā course featured on Yoga International!
Being immersive and experiential, we’ll explore yoga nidrā as both a therapeutic and spiritual path. Blending neuroscience, nervous system science, and classical yogic philosophy, this training will illustrate how deep rest supports emotional integration, interrupts the momentum of reactive behaviors, and opens the possibility for healing at the roots of long-standing emotional conditioning.
