Let’s explore space for the deep, internal practices of Yoga. Yoga is an ancient system for total integration of the human being at all levels: physically, mentally and spiritually. It accounts for our material life as well as our inner world, which lies at the epicenter of all life experiences. This day-long workshop provides a detailed account of our inner landscape and yogic methods to navigate this space towards insight, clarity, and greater joy.
This will be a collaborative offering with Derik Eselius from the Denver Yoga Underground.
