The world’s movements are rooted in rhythm and momentum. As habitual creatures, we exhibit routine ways of thinking, behaving and relating. What we commit to becomes our direction. What we repeat shapes our destiny. Establishing a potent personal practice is key in ensuring our movement is forward and in service of actualizing and accelerating our evolution. Let’s explore fundamental theory and techniques for beginning or strengthening your sadhana (personal practice) through intention, pranayama and meditation.

There are multiple contemplative traditions that endeavored to discover the insight of how the universe came into existence, and under what principles it operates. It is understood that the entire changing world is built upon 3 fundamental attributes. Understanding how these attributes play a role in our minds, bodies and lives, we can use our practice to activate the most positive aspects of stability, right action and balance, in order to move through, and in sync with, the world around us.
